My brother treated me to a day at the spa—and my God, what a day. About an hour before my appointment, I took full advantage of the amenities: the steam room, sauna, and hot tub set the tone perfectly for deep relaxation. Then came the main event: a deep tissue full body massage with hot stones. I didn’t catch my masseur’s name, but let me tell you—those stones were hot, and I loved every minute of it. I had to fight the urge to fall asleep. Afterward, Eline gave me my very first gentleman’s facial, and it was incredible. With soft music playing in the background, she cleansed, exfoliated, massaged, and yes—even popped a few blackheads and pimples. She finished with a soothing cream for my face and a moisturizing balm for my lips. Eline was warm, attentive, and wished me a happy birthday multiple times—such a thoughtful touch. Top-tier service from start to finish. I left feeling like royalty. Highly recommend.

I've done a couple's massage with my mate. The facilities they have before the services are great. They have tea, a water machine, snacks, showers, bathrooms, sauna, steamers, and a jacuzzi. My mate and I have enjoyed all of these before and after our service. The actual service from the therapists was amazing. We had a foot massage, foot scrub, neck and back massage, and scalp treatment. The two ladies we had (I only remember one, by the name of Lissette) were amazing. They didn't massage us too roughly to where it felt like a deep massage, but they didn't go to softly either as if it was relaxation. They really knew how to hit our perfect spots that needed massaging. 10/10. We are owners at Westgate Orlando as well, so we will be back to Serenity!

Where to start....the spa overexceeded my expectations. The steam room is my favorite place to be when I am not receiving massage services. The waiting and changing areas are inviting and relaxing. The sauna and spa hot tub was perfect as well. I can't say enough about their masseuse were top notch. I had Darlene. She listened carefully to all my needs and executed wonderfully. My husband masseuse, Omaira, was great as well! I highly suggest all of their services. Worth the money for sure! This will be one of my first stops when I go to stay Westgate each time!

This was my first time at the Serenity Spa at Westgate. I never felt such a powerful and relaxing massage in my entire life. The steam room and jacuzzi along with their tea helped relax my mind and body and during the 2 swedish massages, I felt all the stress, pain and anxiety leave my body physically mentally and emotionally. Pamela and Erica are truly amazing and the atmosphere and hospitality exceed all my expectations. I hope to come back again for the next vacation. Best spa ever

I did facial with Lin in September- she was exceptional ! I rarely leave reviews, but Lin is worth the effort of leaving a review because she did an amazing job, the best facial I ever had. On top - she loves what she does and very professional. Thank you for a great experience!

First time trying a headspa and it was fantastic. My scalp never felt so clean and my hair smelled amazing afterwards. I would definitely recommend booking it.

What a great experience for my family. My husband, son, and myself had a relaxing time enjoying the sauna, steam room, and massage. The staff was courteous and the spa was very clean. The staff made sure every detail was addressed - robes, spa shoes, towels, cold spa wash hand towels after using the sauna and steam room, boutique shampoo, conditioner and soap for showering.

I had an amazing time here. Takisha my massage therapist knew the right pressure during my service. I have bad back pain, she was not intense and gave me a massage leaving me impressed. I also had an express facial, I loved that the bed was warm. overall very good experience and service.

Wow! This spa is absolutely gorgeous 😩 Diffusers tastefully placed in different corners, engulfing the room in aromatherapy. The moment you step into the spa, you began to feel a sense of relief my boyfriend and I did had the bliss spa package in our masseuse‘s Lisette and Erica did such a wonderful job, relaxing us in tending to our physical needs. Omaira Checked on this consistently, making sure our needs were met and provided us with our every request. Highly recommend This spa and resort for a couples, romantic and relaxing getaway.

My first time experiencing a head spa service. It was absolutely DIVINE. Cristina walked me through everything to expect: the scalp treatment, rosemary oil application, salt scrub, and conditioning treatment - the whole nine. She took the time to ask about my scalp, hair, skin concerns, and any sensitivities (I have a tender scalp and can start tearing up), which immediately put me at ease. The experience itself was a complete dream. I melted into serenity from the moment she began. Along with the head spa service, she incorporated a relaxing neck and hand massage that tied everything together beautifully. Cristina joked that I wouldn’t want to wash my hair for a week, and honestly… I see exactly what she meant. My hair flowed beautifully for days. The entire service felt luxurious, thoughtful, and genuinely restorative. I unlocked a new favorite. I can’t wait to go back - and plan to soon.
